My Day
In sacrament meeting the topic was service. A boy in my ward named Alex spoke. He talked about how every time it snowed his dad, the bishop, told him and his brother, Josh, my brothers best friend, to go shovel other peoples driveway. He said it made him feel good inside when he did service. Then, an 18 year old girl named Miranda spoke. She told us how there is service everywhere we look. I looked around and it was true! :D After that, a lady who had only been in our ward for three weeks talked. She talked about how before she was called to talk and she was already so busy because she was packing and everything she only had time to write it on Saturday. So she kept thinking and thinking and she couldn't think of anything for 4 hours. And then she saw the Book of Mormon on the table that she was going to give to her nabber. So she got up, walked next door and gave her nabber The Book of Mormon. Then we said the prayer and went to class. I was very first one in my class (even before my teachers). The second person was Madden who is usually the first one there. He always sits by the window so he can open it and freeze us, so I sat next to the window so he couldn't. Nice service, huh. Our lesson was on Paul and Barnabas. Then, we went to primary. In primary we learned about reverence. Then we went home and had pork for dinner. Now I am writing on my blog. I am still waiting on that sleepover. I will write on you soon. Love
me :D
