My latest obsession..

I have always loved going on YouTube. Sometimes it's just to find some entertainment and others it's to see a 'Summer Life Hacks' video or watch Bethany Mota's last video or something. The idea that any person with an idea and a computer can get on and inspire others with their creativity.

It's so fun to see what people come up with. Whenever I watch one of those DIY's, I get in this crazy crafty mood and start rearranging my room, planning how amazing my locker is going to look and designing my outfits for Christmas... It's actually pretty great.

I don't know... I just love watching all these hipster chicks talk about the outfits they got from Forever 21, okay?

Summer lovin', or not.

I can't stand thinking about stuff I have to do.

I have to read a book for school,
practice for a piano audition,
dance more so I don't look like a dying fish when I go back to dance and
still sleep.

I hate having to have stuff to do in Summer. It's not like I have high expectations for Summer or anything; I just don't want to read the book and still get an A on my report. I would love to not dance all Summer and still have a booming leap when I return in Fall. It would be great if I didn't practice the piano and still blew the teachers away at my audition...

I guess maybe high expectations do exist, even in Summer.

Summer is my spirit animal.

Here are the top 10 reasons that summer is my absolute favorite time of year.

1) No school.
2) Your parents are in good moods (mostly).
3) Tan... Just tan.
4) People don't judge the fact that you've watched around four seasons of a show in about 2 days... is that just me?
5) All the super rad stuff is open.        \(amusement parks, boating, water parks, etc.)
6) SLEEP.
7) More time to yourself.
8) More time with friends.
9) The days are longer.
10) The colorful clothes.

These are in no specific order.

So there. Summer is the best.

Fears & Future

I think that my biggest fear is living a boring life.
Boring job.
Boring husband.
Boring city.
Boring home.
Boring friends.

I guess that I have never really realized that I am addicted to travel and adventure. I have always feared being stuck in one place and not being able to just go somewhere. All the things that I dreamed about when I was younger (and now) include having more freedom and fun.

Don't get me wrong, I know that being bored is a part of life and that you have to be bored sometimes and that life can't always be some crazy awesome adventure and that life isn't always just a party and you have to pay the bills and blah blah blah.

I am definitely not the kind of person that has to be remembered. Has to have some legitimate role in history. Has to have a funeral that a billion people attend because they were just that popular. Has to be brought up in business meetings or schools as "the first woman/man/person to do something or another."

All I want is an interesting life. No one even has to show up at my funeral, (although it would be nice...)

I am the only person that has to know if I have had an interesting life.

Middle School

[mid-l skool]

A 3 year old's dream, a 13 year old's life and a 30 year old's nightmare.

Middle school is absolutely nothing like what you see in the movies.
There are no "popular" girls with their perfect hair that roam the halls acting as if they're Aphrodite's god daughters or something. There are no jocks that are as dumb as rocks (don't get me wrong, there are some pretty dumb jocks, but not as dumb as the movies say). There is not time in-between classes for you to get in a fight with your "boyfriend/girlfriend" or smoke pot and whatever the movies are talking about these days.
Here is what the movies didn't tell you:

1) There are deadlines in school that you have to meet or else you (*gasp) don't get credit for it or (*gasp) get a bad score on it.
2) Sometimes teachers don't like you. I don't care if they say, "I love all my students equally." They are lying.
3) Teachers lie.
4) It is absolutely impossible to be a perfect student. Get over it... (get 100% on every assignment, make sure every teacher adores you, do all your homework immediately after school every day, etc.)
5) You're not, repeat not, going to find your true love in middle school.

That wasn't it... but I think that was all I could say without getting into the gory details.

2015

By the way, I made that...^^^

1.  Run
I wanna start running because I think it     would be nice to stay in shape for when I     am old... haha :)
2.   Straight A's
   I just want straight A's...
3.     Drink Water
I just don't drink enough water so you       know, I should probably work on that.
4.   Keep room clean
My room is ALWAYS a disaster & when I         finally clean it, it usually gets             completely messed up again within a day.
5.   Write in Journal more
Everyone always tells me that reading my     journal in future years will make me very     happy, so I am trying to write in it         every night.

There are more but I tried to choose my main ones.

Happy New Year!

Yesterday I saw Mocking Jay which was really good, I couldn't stop thinking about. (it's such a sad movie)
